Teacher Appreciation Week: My favorite teacher ... the absolute value of a hero
Almost every day we hear the word "hero." But what is a hero? According to Webster's Dictionary, the definition of a hero is "a mythological or legendary figure often of divine descent endowed with great strength or ability." My definition is a little different. Today, Mrs. Anderson, my math teacher, is my hero because of her helpfulness, caring spirit, and patience.
