Natural Fibers Workshop at Red Rock State Park
Roy Julian will host a Natural Fibers Workshop on Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. at Red Rock State Park. Come and learn how native people used a wide variety of natural fibers to literally "tie their world" together. Participants will look at how fibers native to the Verde Valley were used in ancient times to make rope, string, clothing, and many other things.
Space is limited, so call ahead to reserve your spot by calling (928) 282-6907. There is a $15 fee required prior to this workshop. Entry fee to the park is included in the price of the workshop. Red Rock State Park is located at 4050 Lower Red Rock Loop Road in Sedona.
Northern Arizona Stitchers meet
The Northern Arizona Stitchers, a chapter of the Embroiders' Guild of America, invite all those interested in the needle arts to join them for their April meeting. They meet in the Si Birch Community Room at the Sedona Public Library. Meet 'n Greet social time starts at 10 a.m. with the business meeting and program starting at 10:30 am.

Social Media Marketing - Twitter
The Business Assistance Center in Cottonwood hosts a free workshop on social media marketing focusing on Twitter, presented by Kristine Ketel of Yavapai College. The workshop will be in Room I-138 at Yavapai College, 601 Black Hills Drive, Clarkdale, from 5 to 8 p.m.
You will set up your own Twitter account(s) in class. You will learn how to integrate Twitter into your Internet presence, how often to post, and what components go into crafting posts that will keep followers engaged.

Volunteers needed during Bike MS: Ride the Vortex
You may not want to cycle up to 150 miles across the Verde Valley, but if you're looking for a great opportunity to assist those who are and also benefit multiple sclerosis research, programs and services, the Arizona Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is looking for volunteers for Bike MS: Ride the Vortex - Sedona Verde Valley.
Bike MS: Ride the Vortex starts and ends at the Verde Valley Fairgrounds, 800 E. Cherry St., Cottonwood.
All proceeds directly benefit MS research and programs and services for women and men with MS in Arizona.

Camp Verde High School Reunion
The Camp Verde High School Class of '84 is hosting a mass reunion for the alumni of all classes in the '80s.
