Clemenceau Arts & Crafts Show
The Clemenceau Heritage Museum will be holding their annual Arts and Craft Show Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This show brings in approximately 30 vendors with all types of artistic flare. Among the products for sale will be quilts, wood crafts, jewelry, paintings and much more, all hand made. This is one of the two events the Museum has each year to keep the Museum operating. Join Dances of Universal Peace
The public is invited to join in the Dances of Universal Peace on Saturday, 7-9 p.m. at Unity of Sedona, 65 Deer Trail Drive. These simple circle dances are taught new each time. The dances draw from all the world’s religious and spiritual faith traditions, as they celebrate and express a variety of ways to connect to the Divine and each other. Food-for-Fines Drive at Camp Verde Library
February is Library Lovers Month. Staff and volunteers at Camp Verde Community Library will be celebrating people who love libraries all through the month of February. When you stop into the library for any reason throughout the month, please make sure you get the treat of the week at the front desk.
During the week of February 12–16, bring one non-perishable food item and get a $1 credit off existing overdue fees with a limit of five items for $5 per card for the week.
The library is collecting non-perishable food items for the St. Vincent De Paul food bank in Camp Verde.
The Children’s Library will celebrate Library Lover’s month with story time every Wednesday and Saturday, with Teen Game Day on Feb. 7 at 4 p.m., Music for Tots on Feb. 12, 10:30 a.m. and Dance Play on Feb. 19 at 10 a.m. Call (928) 554-8387.
Religious history class finale
Tuesday is the last in Rabbi Bernie Kling’s series on Rabbinic Judaism and the origins of Christianity in the first four centuries. Buffalo Soldiers and Pecan Pie Contest
The Buffalo Soldiers will provide living history presentations at Fort Verde State Historic Park on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Saturday also includes the Pecan Pie Contest at 11 a.m., part of Camp Verde’s Pecan, Wine & Antiques Festival. Register with the staff at the park and turn in your pies by Feb. 15. The vintage baseball game will start at noon.

Susan Sagahon and Tom Jenney to address GOP
The Verde Valley Republican Women’s February meeting will feature Susan Sagahon, VVRW Board member, who will discuss “From Idea . . to Bill . . to Law”, a high level primer about how bills are enacted in the AZ legislature. Also, Tom Jenney, Americans for Prosperity, will discuss “How the Grassroots Can Win Free-Market Victories.”

Verde Valley Weavers & Spinners Guild meets
The Verde Valley Weavers & Spinners guild will hold their monthly meeting on Thursday at St. Andrews Episcopal ‘church on Arroyo Pinon Drive in Sedona. Coffee and refreshments will be served at 9:30 a.m. The business meeting will start at 10, and the program will begin at 11.

The Second Grade and Friends at Camp Verde Elementary School will present a musical evening called,
“America Sings!” on Thursday at 7 p.m. The performance includes includes famous folk songs, patriotic songs, spirituals, musical show tunes, and classical music at the Multi-Use Complex Theater.
