Sedona Muses Holiday Luncheon

The Sedona Muses of the Museum of Northern Arizona (MNA) will hold their Annual Holiday Luncheon on Thursday in the Tequa Ballroom of the Hilton Sedona Resort and Spa in the Village of Oak Creek. Festivities will begin at 11:15 a.m. with a social hour and a chance for members and their guests to get a close look at the raffle prizes and silent auction items in one of Sedona’s oldest and best raffles. Quality jewelry, pottery, sculpture, coffee table books, lunches, dinners, and gift items are donated by the Muses, MNA, and Sedona businesses.

Reservations for the luncheon, which is $37 per person, must be made this week by calling Ruth Kane, 284-2875.

Jeweler Heather Molans exhibits at Sedona Treasures

On Friday from 3 to 5 p.m. and Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. Sedona jeweler Heather Molans will be at Sedona Treasures at the Hillside Shops presenting her fine jewelry. Heather is the featured “jeweler of the month” at Sedona Treasures, a gallery dedicated to showcasing local artists and artisans.

The Joy of Giving

The Southwest Art of Jeffrey Lunge

Mirabai Ceiba, chant, kirtan, duo in Sedona

Mirabai Ceiba, world devotional music duo, will be performing live at 7 Centers Yoga Arts, Friday, 7 p.m., for a sacred chant concert. A gentle yet expansive spirit pervades all the music of Mirabai Ceiba. The delicate sounds of harp, piano, and guitar blend with lovingly intertwined voices amid lush celestial soundscapes.

‘Holiday Gift Show’ at Turquoise Tortoise Gallery

During December’s “1st Friday” event in Sedona 5-8 p.m., visitors to Turquoise Tortoise Gallery will find themselves enveloped by a Southwest holiday spirit. The spotlight is on fused glass sculptures by artist Newy Fagan. Fagan is a pioneer in the rediscovery of the most ancient glass process in the contemporary kiln-formed glass movement.

Ingrid Hagelberg (Vismaya), born in Sweden and now living in Sedona, has traveled the world doing her cabaret style shows. She has teamed up with the well known pianist/singer Jim Hargis who also plays left hand bass. Women For Women Benefit Concert and Toy Drive

Studio Live presents Our Voices Are Alive: Women For Women Benefit Concert Saturday at 7:30 p.m. Featured artists include Adalia Tara, Sophia Angeles, Kayt Pearl, Adara Blake, Cara Marie and Danielle Miller. Tickets are $15 for general admission or $5 with your donation of a new unwrapped toy, doors open at 7 p.m.

Band and Choir Concert at CVES

The fifth-grade band and the choir from the third, fourth and fifth grades at Camp Verde Elementary School will be in concert Thursday at 7 p.m. The performance is in the Multi-Use Complex Theater on Camp Lincoln Road.

Christmas Bazaar and Light Parade

The Town of Camp Verde’s annual Christmas Bazaar and Light Parade are both on Saturday. The parade begins at 6 p.m.
