Letter: DMV needs to rethink this ludicrous policy

The Kiwanis Club of Clarkdale and the Verde Valley once again wishes to thank all who have helped contribute to the success of To Clothe a Child. Over the past 30 years, 650 children in the Verde Valley have been clothed. These children are selected by the health aides in our local public grade schools.
