Tony Rizzo General Manager; Village of Oakcreek Assn.
There has been ample discussion over the past year about Redstone Grill, Bar & Patio being operated by the Village of Oakcreek Association.
Over the past five months, I have been the "hands-on" manager, working with the staff to overcome some of our challenges.
I have to say that I am extremely proud of our staff and what we have accomplished in that time. They have come together as a team to deliver consistent quality of food and the customer service standards we have been striving for.
I thank every one of them for that, as well as their dedication to our community. I also want to thank all of our members and guests who have dined with us and have supported our restaurant. The outpouring of support has been overwhelming, to say the least.
At last two Board meetings, the discussion has been that we were working to obtain an outside operator to manage Redstone Grill and take it to the next level. I am excited to announce that we have found that operator.
The management team consists of Steve Bruns, managing the day-to-day operations, marketing and sales; Heinrich Stasiuk as the financial representative and controller; and Mercer Mohr overseeing the kitchen operations and quality.
This trio is responsible for Ken's Creekside (Sedona), Brick Urban Kitchen and Wine Bar (Phoenix) and Timo (Phoenix). They are known for exceptional quality of food and service excellence.
We feel they are going to be able to deliver a dining experience that our community deserves.
We hope that you come in, welcome them and give them the same support you have shown me.
