Mingus rolls, Marauders win third straight
In a game that was never in doubt, the most fight the Mohave Thunderbirds exhibited all night was after the game when head coach Rudy Olvera was upset with a Verde Independent story that called his offense outdated.

Mingus Union first-year coach Chelsea Chavez can see the trees in the forest. After several near misses and only one win, her team went into Gary Kunow Gym at Bradshaw Mountain's High School and dominated to win 3-1, on Tuesday, Sept.20.
