The Verde Valley Sanctuary offers a free domestic violence survivor's support group for women every Monday at noon. Women will be given support and the tools they need to stay out of violent situations and live free from domestic abuse. For more information, call Lori at 639-2079.

Overeaters Anonymous meets Mondays, 6-7 p.m., at Sedona Winds (library), 405 Jacks Canyon Road, VOC.

The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 25, 480 Calvary Way, Cottonwood; 634-3004, E-Board and General Meetings are held on the Second Monday of each month 6 p.m. for E- Board and 7 p.m. for General Membership.

The New Attitudes meet Mondays from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Cottonwood Civic Center, 827 N. Main St., Cottonwood. We are a dance group that performs locally. Join us if you have an interest in dancing. Some basic tap skills required. Additional practices occur on Fridays from 9 to 10:30 a.m. for those performing in our shows. Cottonwood Toastmasters Club meets every Monday, noon to 1 p.m., at the Cottonwood Village Retirement Center, 201 E. Mingus Ave. Visitors are encouraged to attend a meeting without cost or obligation. For more information, call Debbi at 634-5278.

Every Second Monday-6-7:30 p.m., Sedona Hepatitis-C Awareness and support group will explore alternative healing methods. Including diet, exercise, rest and change of life style. Everyone is welcome. Northern Arizona Porcelain Art Guild meets the first Monday of each month, alternating between Cottonwood at Pine Shadows Clubhouse and Prescott Country Club in Dewey. Meetings include lunch and a painting demonstration or paint-in. For information, call 634-3400.

The Renewed Hope Co-Dependents Anonymous (CoDA) meets at the Evangel Worship Center (in back, downstairs), 1380 E. Mingus Ave., Mondays, 6-7 p.m.

Attorney General's Sedona Satellite Office is housed at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 100 Arroyo Pinon Drive, in Sedona, through the Northern Arizona Interfaith project. The Attorney General's Office has satellite offices throughout Arizona to provide residents with convenient locations where they can visit to file discrimination or consumer fraud complaints. The satellite offices are staffed by volunteers trained to take complaints. The Sedona Satellite Office will take discrimination complaints in English and Spanish regarding employment, housing, disability, public accommodations and voting rights. The office will also provide information on consumer fraud, identity theft, civil rights, and consumer issues. Volunteers are also trained to help consumers file consumer fraud complaints. The Satellite Office is open the first and third Monday of the month from 4 to 7 p.m. Volunteers who speak English and Spanish will be available on Mondays.

American Legion Post No. 25 general membership meets at 6 p.m. on the second Monday of the month at the Post home, 480 Calvary Way, Cottonwood; the Auxiliary meets at the same time and location. The E-Committee meets 10 a.m. on the first Monday of each month. Call 634-3004.

Mahjongg, Game of the Four Winds, meets every Monday, 1 p.m., at the Sedona Winds, Jacks Canyon Road, in the Village of Oak Creek. For more information, call Geri at 284-3329.

Verde Valley Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit charity building homes for area low-income families, meets on the second Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at Mountain View Methodist Church on 12th Street in Cottonwood.
