Peggy Underwood

Peggy Underwood, 46 of Cottonwood, passed away on March 26, 2014. She was born on November 19, 1967, in Payson, Utah to Vance and Mary Bonnie Underwood.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; 1 brother and 2 sisters. She is survived by son Kalvin Babcock; daughter Kenna Babcock; brothers Dennis Underwood (Kate) and Eddy Underwood (Tiny); sisters Connie Lopez (Henry), Joanna Harper and Barbara Welker (Jeff); stepfather Tyke Ruth and 1 grandchild.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at 1:00pm at the American Legion Post 25, 480 S. Calvary Way in Cottonwood.

Actually, Lily, anyone can rent the American Legion Hall for a memorial service, wedding or other event. You do not have to be a member. Also, you do not have to be a veteran yourself to become a member, but you do have to have one in your immediate family. My membership is through my fathers service, but I could also have used my grandfathers. So to answer your question,. Yes, you can have your families services at the Legion Hall

RIP Peggy Underwood, I've noticed that a lot of funeral services are held at the American Legion in Cottonwood, some of whom are not members of the club or served this country, who is running that show? When all of my family passes, can I have all of my services held at the American Legion? Just Sayin..
