Obituary: Janet Louise Clark 1953-2014
Janet Louise Clark
Janet Louise Clark

Our Beloved Janet Louise Clark passed on to Heaven on Sunday April 27, 2014 to be with her parents John & Mary Bryant, children Billy & Beth Weldon, grandparents William & Edith Pettiejohn and Charles & Isabel Bryant, and cousins/family/friends. Surely Heaven rejoices!

Janet was born on August 27, 1953 to her proud parents & family. Her early childhood was spent in Happy Jack until the family moved to Flagstaff. Janet had a blissful childhood. She loved every minute with her parents, brother Randy, sister Debra, cousins, grandparents, family, and friends.

She was always full of life & love - truly devoted to God. She attended Kinsey Elementary School & graduated from Flagstaff High School with Royalty & Honors in 1971. Janet married Bill Weldon & became the most miraculous Mother to her blessed daughter Amy. She then married her love, George Clark. They took tender loving care of her precious Mother Mary after John's passing.

Then moved to the Verde Valley to restore the Minerich Ranch in Clarkdale, providing a blissful childhood for Amy. Janet was active in every facet of Amy's life & activities.

A devoted Mother & Wife, Janet provided a home full of everything good - especially her cooking. Janet did her best at every endeavor & shared her loving spirit with everyone. She worked in Health Care, was a Hospice Volunteer for 10 years, managed the Verde Canyon Railroad, and owned/operated the Clark's 10/12 Lounge & Cafe. Janet then became "Jannie" when her nephew, her joy, John Rand Bryant was born. She and George relocated to Seligman & found great happiness in their devotion to John & family.

Janet battled a long illness with bone disease & cancer - always with grace & dignity, still giving her all to life. She lived a full life- full of love & service to others. Janet had a special way of making you feel like you were the only one she loved. We are forever blessed by our precious time with her. She made every little thing joyous & meaningful - she truly made the world a better place.

Service will be held in Flagstaff on Saturday May 3rd, 2014 at 2, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2401 E Linda Vista Drive. A Celebration of Janet's Miraculous Life will follow at Lake Mary. Please bring pictures & stories to share.

Arrangements are under the direction of Lozano's Flagstaff Mortuary. www.FlagstaffMortuary.com

Was so shocked to see that Janet had passed. She and her husband were so kind and good with my brother, Phil Paskett who was a quadriplegic. Janet was an awesome person! Will be praying for her and her family.
