Martha Alcala, 98, passed away on Sunday May 19, 2013. She was born on May 8, 1915 in Conrad, Montana, to Peter and Mary Habets. She attended Williams Mt School. After marrying she was a homemaker, focusing her energies on her home and family. Martha was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church for over 30 years. She enjoyed gardening and ceramics and she was an avid reader.
Martha was preceded in death by her husbands, Andy, Frank and Cecil; her daughters, Anita, Elaine and Lorna; one grandson, Ron and many of her brothers and sisters. She is survived by her son, Marvin (Nancy) Sabbe of Camp Verde, AZ; her daughters Lynda (Jack) Cleeton of Mayer, AZ and Pamela (Noah) Burns of Dewey, AZ; her brothers, Gerald (Mae) Habets of Great Falls, MT, Leo (Sally) Habets of Conrad, MT, and Emile Habets of Conrad, MT, her sister, Lou Widhalm of Valier, MT , many nieces and nephews, 17 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 700 N Bill Gray Road, on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at 10 AM, with funeral mass to immediately follow at 10:30 AM.
