 The Barbershop

It isn't rocket science. Medicare and Social Security are going to go broke unless the method of funding is changed. Everyone agrees on that point - including the president. Both systems are unsustainable as they are currently funded and will take up the entire budget, eventually, leaving nothing for anything else. Each party has taken a different approach. The Republican approach - "Here's our plan." The Democrat approach - "Their plan won't work." That's it! Not even "Stay the course!" We need Obama to put up or shut up. Put a plan on the table and debate, or give Ryan's plan a chance.

The solution for Social Security is simple Eliminate the caps. If you make more than $107k per year, you can consider the extra payments a necessary tax that allows you to live in a society that permits you to have great wealth without the fear of having it taken away by the 'have-nots' and other sordid elements of society. If you are a wealthy business owner consider it 'privilege tax' that allows you to make money from the fruits of another mans labor! Problem solved!!!!
