The morning stretch
By Ted Grussing
Perhaps... this little creature was just stretching its wings or couldn't make up her mind as to whether to fly or remain for a portrait session. In the end she stayed for a while and then flew on to wherever it is that little tweety birds go after a good photo shoot. She presented me with a bright and cheerful start to the day and hopefully she will do the same for you.
A quiet day, relatively speaking, and a lot accomplished. Late afternoon we got out of the house and took care of a few errands in town. Another walk after the sun set and we settled in for an evening with the Cards and the Red Sox and finished with Monday night football. Not exactly mind stretching activity but just what we needed tonight. Another day with a lot of photo work coming up today; Corky has a friend coming over this afternoon for a visit so I think it will be a good to head down to the ponds and see if any of the Northern' s have arrived ... and I just enjoy walking around the area.
Have a great day and enjoy whatever comes your way today ... and share a smile or three
The green of all the fields is mine, the stars, the night, the wind at play,
