Beginning Friday morning through this evening I spent my time gazing out my bedroom window enjoying the dance of rain drops and leaves as they met and briefly engaged in a dance or two before parting ways. Never tired of it so I took the shot through my bedroom window and hope you enjoy it too. A rather mindless activity or more appropriately a lack thereof. You can see the rain zipping down in the short white streaks and the leaves received the gift, dipped, nodded and allowed the guest to pass.
A friend of ours took care of Corky whilst I day dreamed the days away and a few pounds were shed as even my beloved milk chocolate bars held no appeal to me. Monday is here and it looks like a very good week is underway. We are blessed and we are surrounded by beauty.
Cheers and share the joy you find in life
But from the brooding beauty of the night, and daily dancing shafts of golden sun ...
The mystery and wonder of the world ... that play the soundless music of the soul
And fill the heart with memory's olden dreams ... From these will come at last your faith in God.
