WWII vet James L. Oliver celebrates 100th birthday
VERDE VALLEY - James L. Oliver of Cottonwood was born in 1916 and still drives, dines-out and lives independently. And that earned him a centenarian proclamation by Governor Doug Ducey and presentation of a Prescott courthouse flag at the July 20 meeting of the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors.
