Verde Valley constable suspended by presiding judge
PRESCOTT -- The presiding judge of the Yavapai County Superior Court has suspended the Verde Valley Constable for alleged mishandling of funds.

There is no indication that theft is involved, according to a news release from Shelly J. Bacon, deputy court administrator, Yavapai County Superior Court.
