Larry Green Chevrolet and Hyundai of Cottonwood generously provided the Old Town Mission with 100 turkeys on Tuesday, Nov. 20. Each year at this time the Mission gives out hundreds of uncooked turkeys, along with all of the side dishes, to local residents in need. It's not true that evap coolers use as much water as Tom Whitmer says, I have an evap cooler and my water bill is maybe $4 higher in the summer and that includes watering my plants and trees in the summer and my neighbor's agree! AIso many of can't afford air conditioning, do you even take that fact Into account? Please leave our evap coolers alone! It's a matter of life or death as the summer's here are very hot and very long!
