Data through May 2015 released by Yavapai County Assessor Pamela J. Pearsall, indicates that single-family residential median home prices maintained increases year over year. The median sale price of a single family home for May 2015 was $239,000 compared to $233,500 from May 2014, resulting in a gain of 2.4 percent.

New Details: Cottonwood upskirt photographer James Hickey arrested in Flagstaff
Last year around Halloween, Cottonwood police were chasing the trail of James Darryl Hickey, a balding 53-year-old man who had a Clarkdale address in the Mountain Gate.

He was wanted for taking up-skirt photographs of women.
