Cottonwood police have charged Domingo Valdez-Anguiano with first-degree murder and auto theft. The murder occurred on June 28, 2004, in Cottonwood. His last known address was in Cottonwood, however police believe that he is now likely back in Mexico.
Domingo Valdez-Anguiano is an Hispanic male, and about 50 years old.
He stands 5 ft 10 inches tall, and weighs 190 pounds. Valdez-Anguiano does handyman work and landscaping for a living. He was last seen driving a 1994 black Ford Ranger
He has ties in California and Mexico.

First degree murder??? What?
Anyone who is familiar with what happened knows there was no premeditation involved. It was a crime spurred by anger and mental illness. Not justifying the guy's actions but I don't see how the murder can be called first degree.
