New graduates for Verde Valley Leadership (with photo gallery)

 Verde Valley Leadership Class VI held court at the group's annual graduation ceremony held on Friday evening at the Verde Valley Senior Center in Cottonwood. It was a time for Leadership Alumni, friends and family to catch up and make merry as the torch was passed to incoming Class VII. The evening also saw the changing of the Leadership Board, as well as the presentation of a variety of acknowledgements and awards to participants and benefactors of the VV Leadership program who celebrated great achievements this year. The Class V Legacy Project, a new greenhouse being constructed at the senior center, was also a point of pride for the program - major construction on the greenhouse is set to begin over the weekend with many Class V alum pitching in to make the project a reality.
