Rotary Scholarship: Gilbert Hernandez

 The Rotary Club of the Verde Valley presented Gilbert Hernandez with a $3,000 scholarship. Gilbert, a Mingus Union High School graduate of 2012, plans to attend Yavapai College and obtain an associates degree in Administration of Justice.
