Obituary: Marie Avery 1917 - 2012

 Marie Avery went to heaven on June 10 at the age of 94 ½. She was born in New York in 1917. She moved to Arizona in 1948 with her husband Lee Avery. She worked for Dr. Charles & Gilbert Sechrist as a medical assistant for over 45 years. Marie was a dedicated daughter, sister, loving wife mother, and a caring friend. She is survived by sons Michael (Leslie) and John Avery, daughter Kathleen (Robert) Izzo, 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. A celebration of Marie’s life will be held at Peace Lutheran Church in Cottonwood on June 30 at 11:00. Donations may be made to Peace Lutheran Church. Information provided by family members.
