No arrests in Rimrock shooting that left one man dead

RIMROCK - One day later, there are still more questions than answers in the aftermath of a shooting that occurred Sunday night.

Emphasizing that "this is very preliminary information based on verbal reports," Yavapai County Sheriff's Office Media Relations Coordinator Dwight D'Evelyn said one man is dead and another was treated and released after also being shot.

Interstate 17 partially reopened near Cordes Junction
One northbound lane on Interstate 17 south of Cordes Junction has reopened, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation. The southbound lanes of I-17 at State Route 69 have also reopened.
