ALLEN SPRINGS ROAD - A chance stop on a back-country road to take a photograph was the difference between life and death for a Cornville man Friday.

It took three fire departments and four police agencies involving some 15 emergency services professionals to claw their way to the crash site and rescue the 50-year-old man who had been trapped in his car for three days.
