Update: Cottonwood upskirt photographer James Hickey arrested in Flagstaff

Last year around Halloween, Cottonwood police were chasing the trail of James Darryl Hickey, a balding 53-year-old man who had a Clarkdale address in the Mountain Gate.

He was wanted for taking up-skirt photographs of women.
