8/9/2014 3:12:00 PM Cottonwood man charged with luring minor for sex
COTTONWOOD -- James Grace, 24, was arrested Thursday and booked into the Camp Verde Jail on charges of aggravated luring of minor, sexual conduct with a minor, child molestation, involving a minor in a drug offense, and contributing to delinquency of minor.
Grace had admitted to providing drugs to be shared with the victim and having intercourse with the victim knowing it was wrong. Cottonwood Police Detective Munday advised the victim was an employee who Grace supervised.

Well, with the Tessa Fanning case as precedent we know that this young man will be able to plead to a misdemeanor with no jail time and no registration as a sex offender after he gets off probation, right? I mean, we don't treat the chief's daughter better than other citizens, right?
