In solving real estate/land questions there is an old expression: "Location. Location, Location"
In solving a "crime" question there is an old expression: "Motive, Motive, Motive"
Motives...for example: 1...collecting fire insurance on the cheap... 2...some one upset with some one else... 3....just a plain old prank... 4...a person looking to buy the damaged property/land on the cheap... this list could go on.
The news report showed a broken bottle...were there any finger-prints on that bottle...etc.
